How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our pieces are handcrafted to order, production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping speed depends on your selected method at checkout, but all domestic orders include fully insured overnight shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide via FedEx International Priority. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their home country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on most standard items in original condition. Custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical sourcing and only use conflict-free diamonds and recycled precious metals. We also offer lab-grown diamonds and a variety of alternative gemstones.
Can I customize an existing design?
