At Ken & Dana Design, we want you to be completely in love with your unique piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized jewelry items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as diamond grading reports and appraisals, to avoid replacement fees.
- 3.Secure Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to a new shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned and insured.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 7 to 10 business days.
